Safety software should be useful to the people doing the work.
Engage began in 2015 with a whiteboard and a clear idea: health and safety software should help people do their jobs safely, while giving leaders the information they need.
Too often, the systems we encountered were complex, clunky and better suited to board reporting than everyday work. We wanted something useful for everyone, from pickers and packers to CEOs.
That meant plain language, straightforward tools and information relevant to each person’s role. Behind the scenes, the platform connects the detail so businesses can identify gaps and produce meaningful reports.
